SERVICE / 06

Multiple locations.
One identity.

One brand, several buildings: Global Signage Group connects your rollout with specialist signage companies. Shared design details and each site's conditions are planned together so production and installation follow the same approved specification.

GUIDANCE / 02

Keep the identity consistent. Plan each site individually.

A signage rollout involves more than producing the same logo several times. Façades, available space, viewing angles and installation heights may require different dimensions or fixing methods. First define what should remain consistent: proportions, daytime appearance, lighting effect and finishes. Record permitted variations before releasing individual sites for production.

Create a site schedule with photographs, dimensions, substrate, access, power provision and the intended opening date for each address. Include local contacts and approval status. A sample or pilot location can help assess the chosen construction before a larger series. Whether the scope includes external logos, reception signs or lightboxes, the relevant group companies are selected around the project.

FORMATS / 03

From the common design to the individual location.

01

Design & sample approval

Record artwork, type, finish, light colour and construction in a shared specification. A sample helps establish the actual material and lighting effect; incorporate agreed changes before approving the series.

02

Site requirements & variants

Assign dimensions and installation conditions to each location. Give exceptions their own drawings and revision numbers so a different façade size does not unintentionally change the complete programme.

03

Delivery & installation

Coordinate production batches, delivery addresses and installation windows. Site labels, handover photographs and information about power supplies and maintenance access support later servicing.

FAQ / 04

Questions about signage rollouts.

01

How many locations justify a coordinated approach?

A shared specification can be useful from two sites when artwork or construction will be repeated. Repeatability matters more than a fixed location count. Minimum quantities, sample costs and any series pricing are agreed with the delivering company for the actual project.

02

Can sign sizes vary between locations?

Yes. Define the permitted sizes and how proportions, materials and lighting effects relate. A small reception logo and a large outdoor installation can share an identity while requiring different technical constructions.

03

What affects the overall rollout cost?

Alongside quantity and sign dimensions, allow for samples, construction development, variants, transport and work at each address. A unit price without site costs is not a complete project comparison. Ask for repeat production, one-time planning and local installation to be itemised separately.

04

How should several opening dates be scheduled?

Work backwards from each installation date and track design approval, site confirmation, production and delivery separately. One unresolved location need not delay every site if phased approvals and orders have been agreed with the delivery team.

05

Which group company fits the project?

NEONMONKI works on bespoke illuminated signage and multi-location rollouts. LED Signages also plans complete signage systems incorporating digital displays. Selection depends on the products, site requirements and scope of project support needed.
