A manufacturing-ready package defines dimensions, materials, finishes, light direction, colour, backing, cable exit, fixing and electrical components. Fine details are reviewed at final scale, and any necessary adaptations are approved before work begins. This protects the identity while making the sign practical to build and install.
One-off statement pieces and multi-location programmes require different controls. A single custom sign may focus on a particular material junction or mounting condition. Repeated units need reference samples, revision control, consistent component choices, packaging labels and clear acceptance criteria. Production, delivery and installation should therefore be planned as connected stages.

Which files are needed to manufacture custom signage?
Vector artwork such as AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF is preferred. Also provide dimensions, colour references, site photographs and the intended mounting position. Where available, elevations and installation details help coordinate fixings and cable exits before the drawing is approved.
Can a prototype or sample be produced first?
Yes, where the project justifies it. A sample may test material, colour, light diffusion, depth or a difficult detail. For larger series, agree what the sample approves and whether later units must match it as the production reference.
How is consistency maintained across repeated signs?
Use an approved specification with controlled drawings, component choices, finish references and permitted tolerances. Each location or size variant should have a clear identifier. Packaging and delivery labels should match the site schedule so the correct unit reaches each address.
What determines the manufacturing lead time?
Complexity, material availability, quantity, sample approval and the chosen lighting technology all affect the programme. The production clock should begin only after technical details, artwork and commercial approval are complete. Shipping and installation windows are planned separately.
Can manufacturing and installation be coordinated together?
Yes. When substrate, fixing, cable routes and access are known before production, the sign can be prepared for the actual site. Define whether the scope includes templates, rails, brackets, power supplies, lifting equipment, electrical connection and final commissioning.
